Each Deuxbrins jewel is a unique creation, handcrafted from your own DNA sample. Due to the highly personalized and scientific nature of our creations, a jewel cannot be returned or exchanged once ordered.

For ethical and confidentiality reasons, we cannot accept the return of a jewel containing DNA that could potentially be exploited by a third party.
