Delivery Times
Given the scientific and artisanal process, the manufacturing and delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks from the receipt of your DNA sample in our laboratories.
Secure Payment
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. All transactions are secured and encrypted according to SSL standards. Payment is due at the time of order.
Warranty & After-Sales Service
All our jewelry benefits from a lifetime warranty on the integrity of the DNA pearl. Jewelry elements (chain, setting) are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing defect.
