At Deuxbrins, we place the highest importance on protecting your personal and genetic data. This policy details how we collect, use and safeguard your information in compliance with the GDPR.
Your Data, Our Commitment
Data Collection
We collect only the data necessary to create your jewelry: contact information, delivery address and DNA sample. No genetic analysis is performed. Your DNA is used exclusively for physical preservation within your jewelry.
Secure DNA Processing
Each sample is identified by a unique anonymous code. Our partner laboratories comply with the strictest ISO standards. Any remaining DNA is systematically destroyed after production according to a certified protocol. No genetic database is created.
Your GDPR Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. You may exercise these rights at any time by contacting us at contact@deuxbrins.com. We commit to responding within 30 days.
Security and Retention
Your personal data is hosted on secure Google Cloud servers located in France. We use SSL/TLS encryption for all transmissions. Order data is kept for 3 years for accounting and legal purposes, then permanently deleted.
